I have worked in collaboration with Saima and The Hampstead Kitchen team to produce quite stunning showcase events in our shop to our clients as part of food and wine tasting sessions.

Saima’s food is a unique showstopper, demonstrating extraordinary culinary and presentational skills. The Hampstead Kitchen is my number one caterer of choice and I've booked them for various dinner parties, cookery demonstrations and also a lunch for 30 and have always been thrilled with the results. The food is without fail plentiful, tasty and vibrant, presentation is colourful and relaxed and the staff always friendly and able. We belong to a large international business organisation and after attending Saima's enthusiastic and inspiring cookery demonstration many of the members are now booking The Hampstead Kitchen for their own parties.

The food was absolutely delicious, and we were very impressed by your organizational skills. You had everything going in no time, and ran a fantastic service throughout the night. I engaged Saima / The Hampstead Kitchen for a very special Summer garden party with family and friends. Having worked in hospitality for more than 20 years, I’m very particular when it comes to entertaining.

Saima and I brainstormed my event and she created the perfect solution during our first conversation. They took care of every detail and the love and care they put into my event removed all stress so I could focus on the other elements of the party.

Saima guided me along the way with important things like what time to serve, how to communicate with my guests in advance, the best options for kids and the overall presentation.

On the day of the party, Saima handled everything and I was able to enjoy hosting my guests. The dinner was a beautiful unveiling and the highlight of my party! What made this so special was that Saima treated this event as if it were her own. It felt like a family affair and my guests are still raving about the fabulous food.

In summary, I’d unequivocally recommend The Hampstead Kitchen to anyone that wants to create a very special event with extraordinary personalised service and the best food in London. It was an absolute joy to work with Saima and her amazing team!

I had not sampled Saima’s food but just heard about it from friends at work. At the time I was looking for a private chef that would do middle eastern home cooked food for a weekend trip in Monaco with friends. I left all the details to Saima to organise, but added I wanted a huge feast on the last day.

She asked a few questions and took care of the rest. The variety, the presentation, the taste and timeliness of all meals was duly noted by all my guests. There was something for people who were on non carb diets, vegetarian and for the pure meat eaters. Cooking for 20 people 3 times a day for 3 days was quite a task, but Saima did this with such ease and comfort, she was a joy to have a around and very flexible. We now use her for both our private & business events.

I want to thank you for making my 70th birthday so special. I knew Neil had a surprise planned but I thought I was joining the extended family for lunch some where. In the event what happened was so much better and much more special. The food was stunning. I have never seen my grandchildren eat so much and they are now demanding lamb cooked in the same way again as soon as possible. One of them has now firmly turned her back on five years of vegetarianism.

I find it difficult to say which of the dishes I enjoyed most. I delight in subtly flavoured food and every dish delivered. I also enjoy food that is beautifully presented and you provided a wonderful feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. As a result of popular demand I think I might before too long make an attempt to cook the lamb and the Booraniyeh Esfenaj. I hope I can manage at least an approximation of what you produced.

Thank you as well for the manner in which you and your colleague managed the whole event. Your warmth and friendliness, as well as your efficiency were a great addition to the occasion.

Neil and I enjoyed a second lengthy and leisurely feast of the leftovers on Monday when we had something else to celebrate. So thank you again Saima for a very special event. Needless to say I will be recommending Hampstead Kitchen to everyone.

Speaking personally, I absolutely loved the dinner - the food, the presentation, the hands-on-and-pass-it-around-informality, and you sharing your story with everyone. Very keen to work with you again.

Saima prepared a tailored menu for the evening, even providing a few extras for our young child. In all honesty, my wife was a little sceptical about having a ‘group’ in our kitchen, but to my surprise Saima herself came and took care of everything for the evening. From preparing the fresh, delicious food, to setting and serving, as well as cleaning up, she provided a memorable evening for the whole family. Even our son joined in as her ‘sous’ chef, which provided my wife and I with some rare time to sit and enjoy an evening prior to dinner. All of the food was great and the taste and quantity was superb. In the end, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening.

It was nice to find a local chef with a unique variety of local food sources and I am eager to ‘find’ an occasion to call on the Hampstead Kitchen to provide another surreal evening.

Saima, we were very pleased with the whole arrangement. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. You and assistant took over the kitchen and "kept us totally out of it". We did not have to worry about anything. Everything was timely and the delivery was always with a great smile.

Having never met you or even tasted your food, we went ahead with you on total trust and it was fantastic. You became part of the family and the auntijis and uncles" all loved it. Saima and team produced a Persian Mezze Banquet for my birthday party . The smoked baby chicken with saffron & toasted almonds was delicious as was the slow cooked lamb in garlic and mint was a real crowd pleaser but the star of the show was the pan roasted sea bass (cooked to order ! no mean feat given we had 60+ people.

This was my first experience using The Hampstead Kitchen and I was beyond impressed by their passion and flare for what they do. Saima and her team delivered the most beautiful lunch for my mother’s 60th birthday party. From start to finish they were professional, organised and a simple pleasure to work with. The food was so fresh, innovative, flavoursome and wonderfully presented. Nearly all our guests were going up for second servings!

Saima was in total control of the entire day which meant I didn’t have to lift a finger! I cannot recommend The Hampstead Kitchen enough and I will certainly be using them again for future parties and banquets. .

From the moment guests arrived glasses were topped up with champagne, then with wine over dinner. Fantastic! And the food.... My favourite was the lamb. The food was amazing - unpretentious delicious food with style that brought together people from all walks of life! Never have I been to a wedding where almost every guest mentioned how much they loved the food. The guests are still raving about it! I had a second serving despite wearing a tight wedding dress - which Saima was more than happy to oblige.

The service was seamless and was completely in the style of our wedding. The team were flexible, thought on their feet whatever the weather or set up brought. The set up of the bar outside was wonderful! Organising the catering was the least stressful part of our wedding and Saima's attitude was 'we can handle anything'.
